Any have any advice on Cluster sets? I have finish my lifting cycle and want to start something new to shock my muscles. I was looking into cluster sets. I will do 4 weeks at 3 set of 10 reps with a 30 second rest between it set. Heavy lifting 4 days a week with cardio 3 days a week.
example: bench 410 max
Day 2 and 4 would be bench days
week 1: 3 set of 10 reps 315
week 2: 3 set of 10 reps 335
week 3: 3 set of 10 reps 250
week 4: 3 set of 10 reps 355
