whenever i do curls, my right bicep clicks and pops then feels weird. that happens when i walk around trying to look tough too. what the hell? it's not cramping, because i get enough potassium and water..
just plucking of tendons and ligaments - if it doesn't hurt don't worry. My elbows click when I do dips, benches etc annoying as hell, its pretty loud - people give me weird looks
