Your right im def not I just cannot eat very good during day after working all night def try a little more tho im not spacing five small meals out correctly gunna work on that. So def do the lower carbs during night?!

I'm of a similar diet philosophy as Shirlene. It's not necessarily about the timing over a 24 hour period, as it is about how much and what you are eating. If you really want to do it right, do what she suggested and plug the numbers into a program like fitday and get an accurate idea of what you're eating. Until you do that, the rest is just a guessing game and you'll still be spinning in circles.
