What do you girls think of clen?! my biggest problem is my stomach / love handles been doing insanity n almost done even though ive lost ten lbs n gained muscle I dont see where it has taken a ton away from midsection! What do u recommend all new to this. Im 5"6 bout 130 midsection results of having two babies hard to get rid of

I hate clen with a flaming fiery passion.

Insanity, however, holds a special place in my heart. I've done it 4 times now with great results each time. Diet will dictate though how well it'll work for you, just like with anything else. So let's start there. Show us a typical day for you, diet-wise.

Btw: the last time I did clen I tried doing insanity with it, could only do a few minutes before needing a break. The shit really screws with me when I try to do any kind of cardio. The cons severely outweigh the pros. It's a dangerous drug.
 
Ok thanks alot...my diet well is screwed up I try so hard but I work night shift so some days im trying to get my five meals in during day n others during night it really makes it hard to eat at times just dont have the desire to eat at times. I do try n eat lots of fruit n veggies n do a protein shake after insanity. I get up usually do insanity n my shake then my breakfast yogurt n some fruit then dinner n throughout night I will have stuff like veggies or another yogurt or some kind of fruit or almonds or salad try to eat like every 4 hours def think its my diet maybe you coukd direct me better! Thank you...have you done anavar?!

Don't be so quick to resort to AAS. you have a diet issue, steroids won't help this.

Cut out carbs and yogurt after 5pm. Time your carbs only pre and post workout. Be patient and I guarantee you'll see a difference
 
she works nights so her diet timing will be different, as will cortisol bumps
look into intermittent fasting...Im not a firm believer in force feeding...or timing of meals given how slow your digestive tract processes your nutrients

you need a macro nutrient break down tho...plug in what you eat for a few days into something like fitday or the likes...they all have mobile aps to make life easier then come back and give a macro nutrient break down
Im going to put money on you eat way too much sugary stuff and simple carbs...some are ok (for the average non competing person) but too much are muffin top and saddle bags ;)
how old are you?
Ive had four babies so Im sympathetic though I won't lie my first two were cake for weight loss
 
Im 26 I really dont eat sugary stuff at all I went on a gluten free diet bout month n half ago at first it was great I had a ton of energy but now somethings putting me in a slump n since starting second month of insanity been fatiguing throughout the workout n wouls love to add weight lifting to my rountine just trying to find some energy maybe its just a phase. I just want to be more lean n tone insanity has done me good so far guess I gotta just keep going seems to b tighten my tummy a bit but love handles n inner thighs are not anywhere close to where I wanna be. just trying to figure out what to stay away from during the night like I said ill have like a salad or yogurt or almonds or fruit during night are these ok?! N all I drink is water n one or two cups of coffee if im on that night! If I have an energy drink its lo carb one thanks for advice def look into it :)

You're not eating enough in my opinion.

Doing a program like insanity, you need to feed your body properly. Women always ask 'i don't get why I'm not losing weight, I work out 3 hours a day....' yeah well if you're burning off more than you're taking in, your body hits starvation mode and begins to hold onto every ounce of food you put in it.
 
Your right im def not I just cannot eat very good during day after working all night def try a little more tho im not spacing five small meals out correctly gunna work on that. So def do the lower carbs during night?!

I don't like Clen. I find its overrated. I get better results from Green Tea if I have one cup in the morning and one before lunch. Green Tea is good for you too unlike Clen.
