I myslef have competed in natural BB comps and I can say with absolute certainty that over half of the competitors were taking MASSIVE amounts of juice.
The female fitness comps are no different than the male nautral comps. In FACT, she is friends with a famous fitness competitor who will remain nameless(though easy to figure out) who has placed top 5 at the Fitness olympia every year. And guess what.......she takes more juice than me. Enough winny and anavar to scare you.
So in short.....no I don't think taking clen is morally wrong. Its mechanism of action is not that different than ephedrine inside the body. And Ephedrine IS allowed. Figure that out??
Thanks for the reply
Good point, I do realize that most (if not all) PROs use. I know several IFBB BBs and Fitness competitors, and know they use HEAVILY. I also know Figure competitors use, as well as some fitness models.
But, those shows are not tested......so their drug use is irrelevent.
I understand her reasoning though.
Is ephedrine still allowed now, now that it is banned?
As to the answer to your Q, Clen dose for a female is the same as a male. Start at 20mg, and go from there. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
