hey peoplesjust wanna know hows my cycle

day 1-4 .25ml
day 5-7 .50ml
day8-10 1.0ml
day11-12 .50ml
day13-14 .25ml

with proper excercise and dieting
also want to know ive heard some people use taurine and magensium tablets why ?

Not really why you wanna do this;

Clen (real clen not get crap) is usually used for someone who's more than 170

Why clen @ 21 y.o.?

hey bro my bf is about 18-20 and my training for the pastyear has been cardio and weights 5-7 times a week on avereage

hey nothernknight its a 230ml tub of clen gel with 40mcg/ml


ps dont wanna go all out heavy on this shit thats why my cycle above is low doses
 
I've heard that liquid clen is so much better than that clairegel stuff.

Why? Both are required from proper muscle function along with dozens (hundreds?) of other things.

Im simply amazed at how ignorant people are on the nutrients that make us function. Yet they are so eager to jump on pharmaceuticals. If people dont have a thorough understanding of what makes the body tick and arent willing to build a solid foundation based on nutritional supplementation, then they have no business using pharmaceuticals.

Im a girl 21 y/o 56kgs (my weight yo yos from 56-59) im 165 cms i think my BMI is around 20% and going to start my cycle this week. Im using gel form any recommendations for dosage?

After my research i think i'll be doing the following cycle to start
Week 1- 20 mcg (0.5ml)
Week 2- 40 mcg (1ml)
Week 3 - 20 mcg (0.5ml)
Then three weeks off then three weeks (same cycle) on again, at this stage i only plan on doing 2 cycles then maintaining the rest naturally.

I will be hitting it hard at the gym 5 times a week mixture of cardio and weights + strict diet.... anyone have any other tips or suggestions?

@musty-92 you need to take taurine as clen depleats taurine levels in the liver also helps avoid muscle cramps take 3-5g per day
and potassium for muscle cramps as well 200-400mg
make sure you take both!

PS pls save the comments that a lot of you will think i dont need it bla bla bla... i know the risks, i know the complications, but im also smart and i know not to over do it and this is a personal choice, i want to get my body fat levels down quickly and help me start building muscle.

The only way to learn is to make mistakes.. clen, I did once. No more for me.. too many better options with less side effects. The palpitations are a great indicator of your mistake.. play on though playa

True is this, so much impatience among the young ones there is... listen they not will, but maybe learn they might, when along passes the time...

Apologies to Lucas Film ltd. :D LOL!!

I still have at least three full 60 ml bottles of liquid Clen @ 200 mcg/ml (!), which I don't plan to never use... It's just such a annoying process to get anything though customs here, that it feels wrong to just trash them (still, thats what I will probably do at some point). :p

After finding GW-50, there's just no use for that crap.
Now Albuterol, there is a completely different animal, that's good stuff! ;):cool:
