Going out with the kids all day walking so hopefully tonight I will get some cardio in. 152 pounds but lost the .6 and diet has been solid. It is nice to see my abs again LOL.
Saturday will be cardio day and sunday Hopefully will be another start to a workout week, because of hubby going out of town.
