I got to learn how to quote everyone when I reply.
I hope I am able to get some exercising in after to weeks of just stretching everyday, and then continue to stretch.

pigeon stretch
knees to chest
single knee to chest with other leg elevated
lumbar support side bend
supported quad stretch
forward bend
back stretch on wall
side stretch on step - body straight
butterflys
hip flexor stretch thank you treil
FLEXABILITY (0-10, 10 BEING GREAT) added this in to monitor my progress. Yesterday, it was 1, I can't even sit on my bum and keep my legs straight, they shook and my knees just kept on bending. However, new goals and it will get better.
TO DO
- my son is going skiing for the first time today
- playdate with girls
-study, study study
