All my meals have more starches and fruit in them, then protein. Again, I don't know, I have gained about 3 pounds since on this diet but still fit into my clothes so again, Idon't know.

I see her again on tuesday.

Still no call for a 2nd interview :rolleyes: oh well days not over.

Leaning out still is an issue, I am just starting to lean out a bit with the new program she gave me. Especially today, still sick but I forced my way through it and man did I sweat!. No new diet as of yet, set at 2100 calories.
but with my cheats (which have been sproatice, i am sure that is not helping, but you would think it wouldn't make toooo much of a difference. I don't know. Still haven't lost any pounds, actually gained three so now I am 139 and have been for awhile but my clothes still fit.?

The difference I see in her diet is I am really able to workout strong and I have gained so much more muscle. Before it was a real struggle to finish my workouts. I am thinking she will be doing the BF next week cause I will be 6 weeks out.

After this comp, the next one is not till April and that is when i really will be experimenting to see what works

But got another funny story for you! So I was at the gym in the locker room and I was bent down and went to open my locker door and SMACK, I opened the door into my nose!!!! It is all swollen and black at the top! Thats right I opened a friggin locker door into my nose! :)

Summary of morning so far:

lost my van keys and bank card, called trainer to cancel appointment cause I had no way of getting there.

found my van keys, husband dropped off his bank card at the gym.

15 minutes on Jacobs ladder/did shoulders instead

started feeling really crappy in the middle, didn't do cardio at the end, hopefully tonight...

Supposed to take the kids to the beach then go to my mom's tonight... friend hasn't called to say when we are going, can't find baby's swimmers

I feel the competition is slipping away, I am seeing my trainer now hopefully thursday if she can fit me in. I want to start dieting down cause I am getting axsious (spelling). but I am not sure if I should just try on my own this week and go back to my old trainers diet of 1800 calories. Hubby wants me to start taking my multi vitamin/omega/vitamin C again cause I am getting sick all the time lately.

CK... you've slipped up a few times.. you're human, a mother, a busy one , etc, it's ok. But you are doing this competition ... Diet & Training are important. You are commited to it, just going through a rough patch. Do Not miss the cardio, esp knowing it's stress related. FIT IT IN, you will feel better.

There are many people here that can help you diet down. How could aomeone on this board NOT want to help you. You always have an out if trainer falls through for some reason.

Yeah, I know, I am going to do cardio tonight but really low impact cause I still can't breath, I have had to take a couple puffs of hubby's inhaler :rolleyes: and the diet has been good since monday :) but the other four days don't count, I didn't cheat but had a hard time eating. :)

So I am letting you know.... HELP!!!!! :)

warm up 10-15 minutes (which is not really a warm up but high intensity, sweating my ass off cardio) before and 30-45 minutes after.

See comp prep is completely subjective. From here, I've seen people cut out cardio completely, added AM/PM sessions or bust ass with HIIT 3-4 days a week (sprint/jog intervals until you puke kinda stuff).

When you get ahold of her, and try to do this ASAP even if you have to do this over the phone & not face to face, I would ask her to lay things out for you so you are not confused. Even though things will change based on how you respond, you can at least get an idea of her plans for you (since she CAN see you face to face). If you don't like is or don't understand, ask questions & have her explain it to you. I'd hate for you to go out on your own & kinda wing it when you've worked so hard.

How many weeks out are you?

-missed my mom's b-day, too sick to go, but I did manage to get her a gift.
-sent my deficiency list
-interview at 9:00 am for another job, however....

hubby suggested to me to finish my personal trainer diploma through distance that way I can stay home with the kids/workout and just get a part time in the evening. My head is spinnnnning.

The owner of the gym I go to said that I motivated her to start working out, she is fifty and one day she came up to me and said that I looked amazing and asked how I do it especially with all my kids. I told her, and she said she wished she could but thought she was too old, but I kept on telling her, "your only as old as you feel, age doesn't matter and you CAN do it" so now she is. As well, all the ladies on the block are now asking me for advice..... I do enjoy it, but I always tell them that I don't have my degree.

We have a world of opprotunities and I don't know which one to choose! Someone told me to throw all of them in a hat and just pick one and do it, I just might.

Ewwww... thats a tough call, and trust me I know all about decisions at this point in my life... it sure isn't easy to figure it out. But the best I can tell ya to do is follow your heart, thats the only way you're gonna be happy though! If you follow your head, and do what ya think is right... it could turn out opposite in the end, plus if you follow your heart you'll also be doing what you love I'm sure :rose: Hope that makes sense ;)

Well, I have always wanted to finish the personal trainer diploma, and I do hate the idea putting the kids in daycare, though, I am not too upset cause they are old enough now......but I am going to that interview today so maybe I will have another option.

Thank everyone, yup I am truly grateful for the fact that I do have so many possibilities, it is an amazing place to be and I just don't want to screw up this gift I have been givin......

blah, blah, blah, yada yada yada. Well I have talked it through enough, next time I do I WILL have my decision made.

update:

I got the job and I came home and after talking with my husband I turned it down. We came to the conclusion that if I was going to put the job into a hat for the possibility of pulling it out, I wouldn't put it in a hat. wasn't a passion for me, it would of been a paycheck and not a very good one to be putting the kids in daycare for.

I am sooo lucky I can be choosy, my hubby is one heck of a man great person, father and husband.

My thoughts are getting clearer and like I tell everybody I am going to write down everything I want to do and weigh the pros and cons of it all (not on here though :) )

K to your Hubby for supporting you like that. Happiness at work is soooooooo important. Unhappiness can suck the will right out of you.

Alright, I talk to my trainer tomorrow but from the advice from a lot of people here (shadow, bunny, duckie, sassy... to name a few) and my hubby cause i am going to start taking my mult/omega/vitamin C and well aspirin (cause I haven't bee) again thank you :heart:

I have decided this will be my new diet 40p/30c/30f 1390 calories. I will stick to normal routine until otherwise. And yup it only took me 2 hours but I got one day into fitday and this is what it looks like.

Well the forms are going to be filled out tonight, YAHOO trainer is goign to help me cause I don't know what weight class i will be in,

maybe switching to figure, not sure yet.... cause i can't get the 60 secs of the music I want (it isn't working for me) and the coriographer is calfing :rolleyes:

anyone knows how to do splice music jump in! I need 60sucs of (I like to move it, move it)

Suits not for 3 more weeks cause she wants me to be slimer.

You will end up in the Middle weight class.

You are about 12.5 pounds away from the TOP of the Middleweights...which is a great place to be.....its easily doable....you will drop 5-7 JUST on the water depletion.

Bodyfat testing next week, she wants me on a new program and diet like yesterday so she is emailing me (duh) but we spent loads of time on posing (again, and even hubby said the pics don't do me justice (thank god) but I know I have a lot more muscle in the back) but practice makes perfect!

Ps....I took the butt shot to see the cellulite in a couple of weeks hopefully go bye bye, so I hope I don't offend anyone (and no I am not naked) :)

CK - First of all you are just too adorable. Seriously, look at that smile! Our little cheerleader. Yes you have come a LONG way, and your pics do show that.

Since you are doing a show is 6 weeks weeks I do feel the glutes/back leg area WILL tighten more with a diet more suited to what you have been training for (Shadow touched on some things that I feel WILL help you greatly).

I am sure the pictures wash you out a bit. The first shot of abs is how I picture you with more definition. Your arm & calves look great as well. I would try to focus on bringing out the lats more and trying to hit the delts harder. Maybe training in style previously explained to you WILL do that... but IMO that should be your focus.

You look great. You have come such a long way, I am SO proud of you since day one when I first posted your pics :rose:

I am going to be late, just for you lol :heart:

CK - First of all you are just too adorable. Seriously, look at that smile! Our little cheerleader. Yes you have come a LONG way, and your pics do show that.

Since you are doing a show is 6 weeks weeks I do feel the glutes/back leg area WILL tighten more with a diet more suited to what you have been training for (Shadow touched on some things that I feel WILL help you greatly).

I am sure the pictures wash you out a bit. The first shot of abs is how I picture you with more definition. Your arm & calves look great as well. I would try to focus on bringing out the lats more and trying to hit the delts harder. Maybe training in style previously explained to you WILL do that... but IMO that should be your focus.

You look great. You have come such a long way, I am SO proud of you since day one when I first posted your pics :rose:

Sorry you going to be late, :heart: what is funny is I didn't put my lat spread picture on here cause IT SUCKS, you are sooo observant! yup, I have no lats, hubby has been trying to show me how to flex them for weeks now having great difficulties with that pose and the chest one,right now having breathing problems so it is really hard to flex that area, last month I did have some lats :rolleyes: I just don't know where they have gone. LOL

and the delts, well get this for the last 4 months I was doing the WRONG exercise for them, DUH, so yup, trying to work those hard now.

Yup did the shadow exercise last night and ouch!
