Chest day. I believe i kicked ass!
Flat bench 4x6 155lbs
Incline 3x8 120lbs
Decline 3x8 120lbs
Cable flies 3x8 110lbs

That 4x6 really got me going!

Im 207lbs 6' 32 years old. Trying to lose fat add muscle but not a lot. Not like veins popping out but you know what im saying.

Some people that are taller have longer arms which makes moving large weights with the chest fairly hard. Or he could still be new :)
 
No dbs! Barbell only for now. Compound exercises. Lifting about 4 months so fairly new. Lol ill get there though

: ) thought you were a newbie!good on you man!that's pretty good starting out as well.you have decent size is there alot of fat??you will get all the advice you need on here bro and don't get put off by big numbers you see alot of us have been lifting for years : ) lol give as good as you get here to mate we are all shit stirrers but everyone here looks out for each other
 
Yeah I'd add a dumbbell lift each workout now.after 4 months you'll start to be adapting so each chest workout swap out say flat bb press for flat db press then change it to inclines next workout after that
 
Its all good guys! I've picked up a lot of good advise here and greatful for it. I've thought about each week alternating one week bb, the following week db and so on. I've done a little bit of db work just not a lot. I haven't tried to max yet but flat bench db at 110lbs so far.
