First of all, you can do a sort of narrow grip bench press while laying down on the floor. The amplitude of the movement won't be ideal, but it will still work. Also you got the pullovers, which can also be done while laying on the floor. Then you can do narrow pushups by holding your hands close on the kettlebell while executing the pushups. These are some of the ideas from the top of my mind. With a little imagination more can be done.
