Wow, and I thought 2 times a week was the threshold. If you are not seeing results then something is wrong with your routine. try taking a week off from chest workouts and then go back for 2 days a week with 12 set each workout. If you are training 4 times a week i will bet my house that you actually grow in the week you take off.
