What's the "correct" position to lower the bar/db's to, when doing chestpresses? i lower them to my nipples and then press, and i've always done so, however everyone else seem to be lowering them a lot higher on the chest.... which is correct?
i've always believed that if you place them too high on the chest it'll put the load on the delts and increasing the risk of a shoulder injury...
