Had to work out in my basement cause my school gym closed but i went to gold today and got a trial membership
Incline 5x5 with 265, this hurt cause I went all the way down touched and went back up. No real pause at the bottom but good lockouts. BTW the bar was a little smaller in Diameter so I kept slipping so i use some talcum powder, did the trick

Flat bench 265 2 sets of 7 rested a little more between sets and got 8 for the second set... up 10lbs
Decline 195 2 sets for 10 good stretch and went really far down, regretting it today though
up 10lbs
Barbell curls 5x5 135 these just plained sucked.. They hurt plain and simple but my arms are starting to respond up 5lbs
Seated db curls simultaneously 40's 2x10 good pump on these. up 5lbs without any problems
