Had to work out in my basement cause my school gym closed but i went to gold today and got a trial membership:)

Incline 5x5 with 265, this hurt cause I went all the way down touched and went back up. No real pause at the bottom but good lockouts. BTW the bar was a little smaller in Diameter so I kept slipping so i use some talcum powder, did the trick;) . up another 10lbs

Flat bench 265 2 sets of 7 rested a little more between sets and got 8 for the second set... up 10lbs

Decline 195 2 sets for 10 good stretch and went really far down, regretting it today though:bawling: up 10lbs

Barbell curls 5x5 135 these just plained sucked.. They hurt plain and simple but my arms are starting to respond up 5lbs

Seated db curls simultaneously 40's 2x10 good pump on these. up 5lbs without any problems

tell me something though LS

your incline is impressive. the flat is good to, especially after already doing incline.

but why is the decline so low? its usually the most on people. just curious?

i think its because he never had done decline bench before, so its a pr for him.

Mostly cause I don't do them ever and after 7 intense sets my chest is fryed. I can go a lot higher but I pause at the bottom and try to raise the bar by squeezing my chest, avoiding too mcuh tris.. I don't like a lot of weight since your shoulders are put (too me at least) an unnatural angle, so why chance injury...
 
good point, but me i have no problem with shoulders on these. but no since risking injury. but hey i have such a tricep orriented body that no matter what i do, the tris will always take over.

you got a gift then to be tri heavy since it helps in almost all pressing motions... If your chest is alggin then try some lying cable flyes, I love the constant tension from cable and your chest feels liek it is gonna explode;)

Sorry Revex not a pr, but maybe in a month or two.. Coming close on the Incline though.

you coming this Memorial Weekend????
