In my opinion 10 sets of compound movement could easily lead to overtraining. I would suggest dropping 1 of the pressing exercises, replacing it with dips, and adding a flat or incline fly. Maybe start with incline barbell presses and move onto weighted dips and then onto incline/flat dumbbell flyes. I swear by heavy db flyes because they always push my chest into new growth. Very heavy focusing on the stretch at the bottom of the movement. Good luck!
