CHEESE: Can you eat it on cutting diet?

All cheeses are extremely high in saturated fat. Unless you are on a keto diet, I would avoid it like the plague other than cheat days.

not even 100% whole wheat bread?

As long as you can find one with absolutely no sugar, corn syrup or hydrogenated oils, I would say it is fine. Just keep in mind that whole wheat is only a moderate GI carb like brown rice and now low. For grains when on a strict cutting diet, personally I would say stick with barley and rolled oats.

With regards to cheese, if moderation isn't an issue... there's nothing wrong *IMO* with a slice of kraft fat free singles in your eggs or on your meat once or twice a week. That being said the taste is only spiritually reminiscent of actual cheese, but for me it can do the job.

Agreed. I have Fat Free Motz with my egg whites in the morning, it helps alittle.

whole wheat bread are excelente choice for a cutting diet . Search for the ones with the most fiber per slice and close to zero sugar .

It is my main source of carbs , and I went from 240 pounds to 218.5 as we speak ( lost 22 lbs of fat ) . And My final goal is 200 so I can start my bulker with 9 % .

BTW - I eat cheese TWICE A DAY . It is a low fat mussarela cheese , 30 g will give me 9 g protein , 4 g fat ( 2.5 saturated ) .

I eat 40 g in the morning in my sandwiche and also in late afternoon .

As long as you keep calories under control , keep your protein high and AVOID sugar you should be fine. Keep your macronutrients in check . My diet is 2000 cals , 260 g protein , 160 g carbs and 30-40 g fat .
