just wondering if anybody on here has had any experience with HIT...i heard from a trainer that it does what it promises mainly for extreme mesomorphs, and that other bodytypes should stay away from it because it will not do the body as much good as it says it will...anyone here have personal experiences with it?
 
I've been doing HIT for about 6 weeks now and I have definetly noticed thats its rather effective (for me anyways). I have a naturally large build, but I'm not so sure it would be less effective for smaller people. I would recommend just trying it out for a few weeks and seeing how you like it. If it doesn't work well, switch to something else, it can't hurt...

I train twice per week... semi hit type of training...

and it ROCKS! insane gains in some lifts... and my arms are better... yeh!!!

do it! HIT or semi- HIT is the best! Do dorian on your exercises and make sure to increase poundages each week.

simple as that!
 
you know you are right, there is no harm in trying it, so what the hell...i should do it either november or december and see what happens:)

as far as the link is concerned, just go to cyberpump, and find it from there in a search as DaCypher said.
 
I've been doing HIT for two years now. It rocks in my book. You get consistent strength gains with good size gains. But, once in a while you have to shake it up a bit.

I went from 200 to 220 lbs in those two years, naturally and now that I juice I do a "high volume" HIT on my cycles and regular HIT when off.
