I'm not really sure how to go about this. I'm having a cheat day Saturday, which is also a high carb day... should I just let loose and eat whatever my little heart desires? Or should I go about the day as usual? We'll be out of town that day, so I'm trying to figure out if I should take a bucket of oats and wheel barrel full of protein powder with me. I guess I'm just confused as to whether or not it's automatically considered a "cheat" since it's a high carb day.
