Cheapest Price to Get 300 grams Protein a Day for a Month?

You did say cheap and not healthy.. but still

Eggs, cheap, but too much cholesterol for the protein you get IMO
Milk, So much Lactose would probably kill your stomach and guts
Tuna is OK, but with more than a few cans a week I'd be worried about Mercury
Pasturized Egg whites are clean but not sure how much they are per gram

Bulk frozen Chicken Breast would probably be your best cleanest bang for your buck IMO, other than the good standard mail order Bulk Whey concentrate.

Egg whites don't have much cholesterol, its the yolks you'd have to worry about. You can eat whites all day.

For tuna, if you eat the smaller skipjack you will be fine - I have eaten 3 tins per day for 10 years, and recently got tested and was 6 times under the level for concern.

But what about Mackeral tins for cheapest - its as low as $1 per 400 grams in Austarlia, and Mackeral being particularly small has lowest mercury risk

The cheapest way is either a 10Lb tub of ON whey protein, or Uniliver tabs

10 lb bag of ON = 160 servings, 24g protein each = 3840g protein for $70

Uniliver 500 tabs= 800g protein for $12

I would also look into buying organic products with the amount your looking to take. I usually by the organic eggs / boil them and eat the whites

Hello all: Hi, but i think chicken leg and chicken leg quarters come with fat too, so it is not clean protein ;-)

chicken leg quarters, $.25 a pound on sale......

Go to Wal-Mart and buy the Body-Fortress whey protein which is like 26 dollars per 10 lbs., u know with the wild-monopoly capitalist system of Wal Mart they buy protein from low-wage places like China and that's why they are able to sell it here at a low price, and beat the competition, what a capitalist system

but each tab only has 1.7 grms pf protien so is this really a good source to use?
