cheaper leg presses any good?

Doesn't look like its all that great. . .you are much better off squatting.

It doesn't let your back go back far enough. You want a leg press that mimics the ROM of squatting as closely as possible. Not something that drives your knees into your chest.

I looked into that but decided to get the Yukon Leg Press/Hack Squat sled instead to get a good workout.

By the way, Yukon sells that direct for $399

you can get a barbell and a couple hundred pounds of weight for alot cheaper
