change of scenery

ever think about quitting your job/school, and moving off to another place and starting a new life there? this thought had just crossed my mind, and it is still lingering. although, the main thing that is preventing me from doing this is the money. I dont have much saved up, but other than that, I am ready to try out a new city/place. I love where I live, but it just seems like there is just too much competition over here as far as jobs go, and the cost of living doesn't help either. so if you were prepared to move to another location, had enough money to last you 3 months for rent, food, bills, etc., where would you go? I would move over to the east coast.

I used to always fantasize about running away and starting over.

Since my 'layoff' I've realized that I didn't need to run away to start all over. By running away, I would leave :

My daughter.
Her mother.
My very good friends.
My parents.
My sisters.
Weather I love.

By running away, I would gain:

A new job with new scenery.

Since I hated my job and no longer have to go, I realize it was my job I hated... not my life, where I live, or the people I associate with.

since I have no tie downs, I am prepared to leave all my friends, family(never liked them anyway), and the things I am so accustomed to in this city that is deemed, America's Finest City, that is san diego. I am just delving on this subject.

San Diego is cool.. but its a big world out there. Explore it while you can.

Just don't move to SF.. I lived in that godforsaken city for a year and it annoying the ever-living shit out of me.
