Some people are more estrogen sensitive than others, and it's a very individual thing. I personally always run an AI, and you should keep in mind, that the larger the dose of aromatizing compounds the higher the risk.

you need bloodwork confirming this, not "signs"

i am more estrogen prone so i always use an ai and regardless, you should always have one on hand

I would at least suggest to have some at hand in case when shit hits the fan.
