CBD oil choices

there are a lot of CBD oil choices out there I'm not sure which one to pick.

They have them in pill form
and they have them also in liquid form
the reason I want to try them is I've been dealing with some nagging injuries from weight training and I heard this stuff is good for that

i can tell you ones NOT to pick. the ones sold at gas stationsa and grocery stores. if you want real CBD go to a clinic that is legit

I would go with oils cbd full spectrum not isolate
i used isolate without much results but cbd oil full spectrum high results around 250mgs/day

Grab the full-spectrum stuff that's much better than the isolates in my opinion.
