Since I've started my cycle I've notice lower back feels pumped or is tight during the day a lot especially when standing.. What really causes this?
Taking sust tren anadrol

Take Taurine and drink lots of water to help that bro.

Not exactly sure of the science behind taurine but I believe it is an amino acid that has salt and mineral regulating properties. It will maintain a good balance of salt potassium and magnesium regulation in the blood stream. I think the excess sodium and lack of certain nutrients in your blood stream may be causing the "back pumps".

I take Dbol 50mg a day and taurine HELPS so much in back pumps. Drink 2 gallon water a day and do not eat salty foods (seasonings, fast food, processed foods)

What exactly is considered a "back pump" just curious i have this every now and again.

Week link in the posterior chain causing overcompensation in the lower back. I theorize its from underworked or weak hamstrings
