Statement from Jim Paxson and Gordon Gund regarding Carlos Boozer: "Our actions have been based upon what Carlos told us he wanted. This was also entirely consistent with his public statements in the media July 1. We are both very surprised and very disappointed by what is now being reported. Offer sheets cannot be signed until July 14, once the NBA's free agency moratorium period is over. It is unlikely we will have more to say prior to that."

My comments and have nothing to do with ESPN, thanks. I am just debating with you the aspects of Boozer with you. The fact is they had a contract, The GM (paxson) agreed to let him and his agent shop the market, they made him an offer, someone topped their offer. Business. Bad Business if you lose the guy after you allow him to shop around. bad business, paxson may lose his job for it, time will tell.
Like I said in my second post, they screwed the Cavs, I agree he is a dick. Look at the bright side, you still have Lebron, and will have for a long time, unless paxson tears up the contract and lets him shop around. As for shaq, you dont know much about the NBA cap if you think they could get shaq --->4 words: IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN.
