Cardio

I'd imagine 3 cardio sessions consisting of 30 mins a week would be suffice. Make sure to keep it low intensity. Emphasise on diet, use calculators online to determine your calories etc. Can anyone expand on this?

I don't think 3 cardio sessions a week consisting of 30 minutes is quite going to cut it for fat loss. Try doing 5 cardio sessions a week starting at 40 minutes first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and adjust from there. Good luck.
 
I don't get it. How about this? How necessary is cardio for fat loss vs simply working out and making sure calories in are less than calories out.

Of course you will burn bodyfat by adjusting your diet and taking in less calories but eventually you will stagnate and will need to incorporate cardio to continue to experience fat loss.
 
Anyone know if it's bad to run every day for 45 minutes for weightloss?

Depends what your goals are... Do you care what kind of weight you're losing?

Also, are these steady state runs?

Finally, how old are you? How much fat do you have?

There is no one right answer for everyone. In general, though, doing the same thing every day will only get you results for so long....
