Cardio while on GEAR

While you guys are on MASS building cycles, how many of you do cardio? And for how long and how often?

I was just curious cuz I am putting on a little more fat than I'd like to, but am worried about sacrificing the muscle gains. I have slow metabolism, so I suppose the cardio would do me some good.
 
Cardio is very good on or off gear, it helps keep the heart heathy and the heart is a life line to your body. 15-20 min/Day 3-4 times a week is good and should have no catabolic effects.

I do it all the time. Lately I've been doing intervals on a recumbent lifecycle. I do the "hill" program at level 10 for 24 minutes and then level 12 for 12 minutes.

Today I didn't lift, so I just did a steady ride at a constant resistance for 60 minutes.

While bulking, I agree with M18, you shouldn't lose anything if you keep it short, about 20 minutes per session.

Shit, I gave CPR today to a guy that had a massive heart attack and died on the golf course. Keep up the cardio bros.

Mustang hit it right on the head. I do cardio on or off gear. 20-25 min every day before lifting. Gets me loose, heart pumping, sweaty....gotta love that cardio!!
 
I do cardio for 30 to 40mins AM (approx 6:30AM) and then mass after work (approx 17:30) for 1 to 1.5 hours. Even on Dbol it keeps the boat and water down and does not effect gains.

throw in 30 min of cardio at about 70% of your taget about 3-4 times a week.you'll be fine.

I do 30-45 minutes two to three days a week on or off cycle. Not only does it nelp keep you leaner it is a great way to get lactic acid and other toxins out of your muscles. I try to keep the intensity lower on cycle is the only difference.
 
When does everyone do it generally? If you're going to throw it in with your lifting workout, before or after? If in the morning, empty stomach or do you save that for cutting (or not at all)?
