What is your cardio Preference? I've always used a treadmill but been thinking of switching, just wanted to see what others did.

I switch it up throughout the week. I will try to do 2-3 higher intensity sessions and then 2-3 moderate intensity. The stair climbers will kick your butt if you push yourself. If I'm really tired or really sore, I'll use the elliptical.

Im having a hard time with cardio no matter what I use..it's just so, boring. If I had to pick, Id chose the treadmill though.

The Best cardio is the one you'll do!

For me, that would be sprints; HIIT; metabolic workouts; volleyball; and swimming.

Treadmill ,then jump rope until i collapse, if you havn't jumped roped -do it, you will be lucky starting out to last 3 minutes!

I do the treadmil, going to start doing some jump rope

Would love to do HITT but the way our gym is set up here it's hard, everyone walks behind the treadmils, im scared ill fuckin blow off it and take someone out lol

I do HIIT on the treadmill - crank it up to 15% incline and alternate running with walking.....it will totally kick your a$$! I do the stair machine sometimes just to mix it up a little......

Just like CW said you can do HIIT just crank up the incline a ton and the speed a little bit!

Love the elliptical, But i'd rather Grab my stupid puppy and run with her. good bonding, and she keeps me at a steady pace, if i slow, she looks at me like WTF?

Fuck cardio...burns muscle. I just decrease the amount of rest between sets and if my diet is on key never have problem dropping BF into singles digits.

Interval training on heavy bag and a bit of skipping (jumping rope) :)

I used to have a 157lb malamute that did that, you didn't walk her ,she walked/Ran you!

I mix it up, I do a few lighter sessions, walking at 15% incline 3-3.5mph,sometimes use the stairmill as it is relative for my job and the rest is intervals either treadmill or elliptical depending on how sore I am

Stair master if needed seams like you can really burn in less amount of time on the stair master, throw a lil sex and a posing routine in there and you'll get ripped.

I struggle with boring cardio.. I do better with Elliptical and then switching to stationary bike.

I could play Tennis for 3 hrs or more.. but stationary cardio.. boring..

Cardio can get boring it's a preference but sometimes certain types of it is needed to achieve a desired look or this can depend on special needs too.For instance if you were training to compete as a bodybuilder then running everyday may not work cause of muscle depletion. Then stationary would be best but say as a bikini or figure competitor running would be helpful to lean the muscle bellies out.

I do cardio on an encumbered indoor cycle or an indoor rowing machine. I managed 2 hours of low intensity on the indoor cycle today and burned 1018 calories.

I find that Brain Sync or iMusic helps me get into the zone quickly and that it helps me stay focus for a long time. I could easily do another hour but my arse begins to hurt so I have to stop.

I slow burn on the treadmill. 3.2mph at 14% incline for 45 minutes. I can maintain my muscle mass this way while I lose body fat. Plus I don't drain my body as much and there isn't much wear on my joints. Slow burn all the way. Guaranteed.
