I do the treadmil, going to start doing some jump rope
Would love to do HITT but the way our gym is set up here it's hard, everyone walks behind the treadmils, im scared ill fuckin blow off it and take someone out lol
The Best cardio is the one you'll do!
For me, that would be sprints; HIIT; metabolic workouts; volleyball; and swimming.
do you do this on all lifts? id love to give that a go for fatloss i just dont want the sacrifice muscle gainsFuck cardio...burns muscle. I just decrease the amount of rest between sets and if my diet is on key never have problem dropping BF into singles digits.
Love the elliptical, But i'd rather Grab my stupid puppy and run with her. good bonding, and she keeps me at a steady pace, if i slow, she looks at me like WTF?
