S - question here, here is my first meal
Cream of Wheat made with 1/2c Skim milk, 1/4c water
3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
I plan on eating this even after HIIT FTITM. Not a good idea?
I worry that without the fat, I will get hungry FAST FAST FAST.
DROP THE FAT IMMEDIATELY FROM THAT MEAL......
ADD THE TWO EGGS A BIT LATER 30-45 AFTER THE FIRST HIT
YOU CAN ALWAYS BOIL THEM THE NIGHT BEFORE AND HAVE THE EGGS BEFORE THE WORKOUT...THIS WILL SPARE LEAN MASS LOSS AS WELL
Could my higher blood sugar levels be ONE of the reasons I am having trouble losing fat? And those levels will go down as I clean up the diet and start losing lbs?
