Thank you guys soooo much.
Well today I trained chest and tris 3x8 (time being the reason) and then did 30 minutes cardio
warm up for 5 ran at 4.5 for a minute and then walked at 4.0 for a minute. By no means was it a HIIT, but I think I will do steady cardio 3x a week and HIIT 3x a week.
This morning I got up and so did the girls so I ate 3 egg whites and some cranberries, and then I had to wait until my boy went to school so I had a protein shake and soy milk cause it was fast and easy. Then I did weights and then cardio.
Now I am going to eat a pbutter sandwich with whole wheat bread??? good choice?
