Cardio lowers TEST levels, Nelson?

Does cardio lower Test Levels? Is that just long periods of cardio or does that include H.I.I.T too.

You're gaining muscle so you're losing fat.

Why would you want to add a catbolic activity (cardio) during PCT when you're trying to recover natural test levels? Cardio lowers T.

Take the tip your body is giving you. Muscle burns fat. Expending energy to burn a couple of hundred calories does not.
This is wut Nelson said and it made me curious, i've been bustin my rump doin cardio over the last month and now i'm a little pissed. i've been switching between HIIT and long bouts with ellipticals. appreciate the input

I read a great book called the testoterone advantage it it talks about that explicitdly. Its a great book everyone on here should read it. It has great workouts, diets, formulas, and etc in it.

what is your cardio routine that may help us answer

Twice a week i do HIIT for 20 min on bike or eliptical, twice a week do 45 min walk on high incline, or eliptical for 30 min doing intervals or random.

Me personally am finishing up a 22 week Test E/EQ cycle? Diet is only semi clean no fast food, no fried food, no carbs after 7pm. 5'10" 215-220 12%
But i'm just asking in general, does it lower test for anybody, is there some science that says so i can't find anything good about it but Nelson's statement at the beginning of the post made me curious.
