^^ well over on the AAS forum we always tell guys to be under 15% before juicing. a lot of guys are in the 20's and juice and get stronger but are very dissapointed in their results. thats why we tell them to get that shit under 15% so you have room to work with. food is the most anabolic thing so you should be taking advantage of that when trying to pack on muscle, not fighting it cause you want your body fat to drop.
 
Just remember it does not matter how u do it. If i were to run 4 mi in 24min and u were to walk 4mi in 2hrs theres no difference the distance is the same get it?

Diet plays huge do it ur way an have at it
