Cardio & endurance

I´m going to cut soon and i´ll try to do some cardio every day.
I was thinking if i could combine the fat loss with getting some endurance.
Does anyone know if these two goals can be combined and how intense the training should be?
And is there an alternative to hiit (don´t want to change the speed constantly if it can be avoided)

I'd say your best bet would be to one day do sprints and than next do a 2-3-4 mile run whatever I don't know your conditioning but take a nice long run that will help your endurance as the sprints will help more in the fat burning.

Do i need days to recover if i train cardio with a high intensity?
Maybe i should do a day high intensity and a day low intensity?

To see decent improvements in your endurance, you need to keep your heart rate at or above 140 bpm. You can switch up duration. I prefer to do long, medium intensity cardio on my off days (over 1 hour above 150 bpm) and short light cardio on the days I train (30-40 minutes at 140 bpm). Optimally you need to do cardio 6 days a week, but I usually get away with 5 and am seeing big improvements in my endurance. Right now I'm on a maintenance program with my strength and mass, while I try and lose a few lbs of fat and improve my fitness. Its been working out well, so you can definetly do it.
