This Exercise can be done at home. If you can do it at least 7times per week consider yourself lucky because it is very tough to perform daily but the results are really worth it.
20min is usually sufficient, if you can do more go right ahead. If not..then make sure to do it twice per day at least.
Morning is usually best on an empty stomach. It will raise your metabolism and put you in a great energetic mood as you burn fat and calories.

SEX! Thats right! why drive to the gym at 6am to jump on a treadmill and walk nowhere for 20min? Or climbs stairs reaching nowhere?
All you need to do is roll on to your woman, and have sex! You will get quite an ab workout along with static holds with your arms.
How many times after sex are you huffing and puffing and sweaty? I bet more then walking does...
