..anyone who is on an aas cycle, you still consume a ton of carbs on off days? im on 750mg test right now and it seems still that if i consume too many carbs on off days i put on fat but everyones told me to keep up carb intake. any input?

For what it's worth, in my own experience as someone prone to adding extra weight, any added weight you put on can be easily shed and is probably mostly water. It's only after the fats have been there, immobile, for several weeks that losing it becomes a problem. Remember, just because you're not working out that day doesn't mean your body is a rest. It's burning fuel- recuperating from the day before, and gearing up for your next work out. Also, the juice is still in your system- you might as well take the advantage. No sense going overboard, but as I found out, you still have to EAT BIG TO GET BIG.

If you are trying to gain, it would make sense to stay close to hypercaloric on off days. Research shows for instance that protein synthesis is elevated for 24-36 hrs. pwo. Chances are you will be working out again before this time is up anyway.

I think a way to keep order in the house so to speak is keep them clean. Nothing refined.
