is it best to have high or low glycemic carbs before a workout? i workout first thing in the morning if that helps make ur decision. thanks

I lift about 45-60 min after rising. I eat mostly fruit for breakfast for my carbs. I don't eating anything heavy before a w/o.

Low Glycemic Generally Yes

However depending on how "depleted" one is, you may benefit with simple carbs which would "ReGlycogenate" the liver

Hi GI carbs before and during weight training. Assuming you want the energy to train.
Use Glucorell to enhance the uptake of the carbs into your muscles.
And try RED Blast with those carbs. You'll like that.

if on a strict cutter then take Low G carbs

if your energy is in the basement ( real low) you may have Hi GI carbs to get you through it

I honestly prefer to limit my carbs to 1 meal of Complex Carbs 2-4 hours preworkout

then one Hi GI Shake with Protein 45 minutes post workout with PureMCC and G-covery
