Carb up!

Logic, you need carbs to look full .

Thanks Einstein .

I'm asking you what the purpose of days 4 and 5 are in your schedule. Those days aren't really doing much for the actual carbing up, so the way I see it you could just skip them altogether and have this as a 5-day cycle instead of a 7-day one. I'm not saying I'm right; I'm asking you to explain. (I also have a feeling you won't be able to because it doesn't really make any sense but that's beside the point...)

Its so your glycogen stores slowly build to avoid spill over. Dude personally I dont give a shit what you do. I just know as a competitve body builder what bodybuilders do. But hey they look like shit onstage right. You need to sodium load and water deplete also. For god sake this methods even in this months flex.

Rule #1: Don't ever mention Flex magazine if you want your post to be taken seriously.

Honestly bro, I believe you that that's what some competitive bodybuilders do. I'm just having a real tough time grasping the concept. Spillover is less likely to occur the more depleted you are, ie. on days 4 and 5. So TO ME, it makes sense that you would put the heavy carb days here, and if you want to "top up" your glycogen stores as the week progresses knock the carbs down a bunch but still include them.

My point is simply that from a nutrient partitioning standpoint, those carbs are going to be utilized much more efficiently on days 4 and 5 (when you're coming out of a fully depleted state). So given the same amount of carbs over the period of a week, but using them on a more efficient schedule, "should" yield better results IMO.

Ive read over 1500 articles on carb loading written by professional and amature bodybuilders. Instead of just asking a few peoples opinions I suggest you do the same and actually research the topic. Then make your own decitions from there. Look at there on satge photos and judge it for youself. I dont really have the time to waste explaining all the chemical properties and why its nessisary to do this and not do that. There is a very well known site out there with plenty of info.

If you've read over 1500 articles on a subject you should be pretty knowledgeable on it. I'm just looking for a quick synopsis of why days 4-7 are set up the way they are.

And if you're going to say you don't "have time" to explain and then mention a website, you could at least give us the name of the website.
