Carb Levels, little help?

I'm currently in a cutting phase and of course trying to cut card levels as low as possible. Heres the foods that I eat that contain carbs each day:

3 protein shakes= 15g altogether
1 Myoplex Lite= 20g
3 tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter= about 10g

So thats about 45 grams of carbs per day, I think this as low I could go. I could cut out the peanut butter, but then I wont have a good fat source.

Help me out here! How could I go lower and whats a good fat source besides peanut butter??

what kind of protein shake do u make?? do u mix the powder and water/milk or do u add other stuff??

cut all those shakes and either use isopure 0 carb shakes or protein factorys proteins cause it also has 0 carbs...if your doing keto diet then only get carbs from fiber thats it! nothing else! if your not doing keto and just like under 50g then add a little oats in for some more fiber...get metamucil sugar free if your not useing it yet. hope this helped

Thanks fer the advice, I use GNC brand protein cuz I can get more for less $$$. Its 5g of carbs per scoop. Since I have a lot of that particular protein left, my parents will get pissed if I want a whole different thing of it LOL so instead, I'm thinking I could replace the myoplex with something with high protein, a good amount of fat, and low carbs of course. possibly Cottage Cheese? What do you guys think?

Now, as far as your question. What kind of a diet are you trying to run?

EFA's: Flaxseed oil, sunflowerseed oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, sesameseseed oil, peanut oil

PM me if you have specific diet questions.
