What type of diet do you guys gon on pre-contest?? Do you most of you tend to drop your carbs?? and if you do do you double your protein intake?? Or doyou just eliminate your fat intake?
Pre-contest dieting is very individualized. One plan won't work for everyone.. One things for sure though is, don't eliminate fat from diet, and carb depletion is intended for the final week. Shoot me an email if you would like further info.
