Carb depletion strategy...request for critique...competitors please respond...

My competition is in just under three weeks and I am planning my final week's nutrition and workout. Here is what I have come up with so far...

Sunday: Begin carb depletion...@ 100g carbs...3 gallons water.
: Final leg workout.

Monday: @150g carbs...3 gallons water.
: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Tuesday: @150g carbs...3 gallons water.
: Back, Biceps

Wednesday: Begin carb loading at noon...@ 400g carbs...drop sodium...2 gallons water.
: Upper body depletion workout before loading begins.

Thursday: 500g carbs...1 gallon water...0 sodium.

Friday: 500g carbs...0 sodium...32 oz water...stop water at 4 PM

Saturday: Sips of water...carbs as needed.



My question for you bros is: What is the best thing for the DAY of the contestfor cell volumization? I am talking about glycerol and such products. Also, what natural diuretics and/or potassium/ prescription usege are ya'll familiar with?

It's a lot, I know...but I wanted some alternative POVs to my own!

There are several others (flex, etc), i'll try to look it up (and post later), (its a step by step for the last weak). I've tried them before and they worked great. The first time i competed, I tried one of these (articles) and it worked out great. I was flat (looking terrible) the weak b4, but turned everything around. I had striations on my chest(for the first time in my life), I couldn't believe it. I took (1,200-2,000mg) of postassium daily the last weak.

Thurs, Fri, and Sat( prejuding) with every carb meal
(400mcg) chromium (3-4 daily)
(750-1000mg) hca w/ carb meal (3 x daily)
(300 mg) ala w/ every meal (3x4) daily)
Glycerol thurs and Fri (2 tbsp) 2 times a day. 5g creatine Fri night. otc diuretic w Taraxatone (it worked for me)

HCA is short for hyroxy citric acid ( it's the main ingredient in hydroxycut). HCA is the active ingredient in the herbal compound garcina cambogia (sp). It's dirt cheap. It inhibits the productions of fats and cholesterol. However pre contest, It helps the carbs to be utilized in the muscle (prevention from spilling over) This increased glycogen stores give the illusion of bigger muscles (cell voumizing).
