I've been on CKD for about 8 weeks now. I've lost about 14 lbs and am very pleased with the results. Well, this weekend I went on to a local music festival with camping for 3 nights. For these 3 nights I drank beer non stop. I got shit for sleep and didn't eat much at all. When I got back i figured it would be good to eat a few days worth of carbs. My muscles were sore and flat and I felt like shit. Well, now I can't stop eating them. They taste soo good! I am sick of eating flax and tuna.
So I think I will come off CKD, at least for a while. I know I am not supposed to jump right back into full carbs, so I will try to keep them to a minimum for a few weeks.. I also feel really light headed and tired. Could my blood sugar be whats causing this?
Any tips on coming off this diet?
