Can't stop eating carbs!

I've been on CKD for about 8 weeks now. I've lost about 14 lbs and am very pleased with the results. Well, this weekend I went on to a local music festival with camping for 3 nights. For these 3 nights I drank beer non stop. I got shit for sleep and didn't eat much at all. When I got back i figured it would be good to eat a few days worth of carbs. My muscles were sore and flat and I felt like shit. Well, now I can't stop eating them. They taste soo good! I am sick of eating flax and tuna.

So I think I will come off CKD, at least for a while. I know I am not supposed to jump right back into full carbs, so I will try to keep them to a minimum for a few weeks.. I also feel really light headed and tired. Could my blood sugar be whats causing this?

Any tips on coming off this diet?
 
come off it very slowly, only increasing your carb intake by about 25g daily every week and stick to fibroush and low GI carbs. stock up on ALA/r-ALA. lower your fat intake.
 
I came off CKD successfully. I did not gain any weight back at all after I was out. As a matter of fact I lost a little more.

I am at a wall now, but it's been quite a few weeks since I was < 100g carbs.

I upped the amount 20g per week until I was at 25% of intake (for me 119g carbs).

I have recently modified my intake of carbs. I have roughly 50 at lunch and then another 50-70 post workout and that's it.

Rest of the time it is p+f.

Thanx for the replys! I can't wait to be eating "normal" again. I do plan on keeping carbs to a minimum from here on out. Unless I'm bulking.

So the key is to have EITHER fat or carbs with protein, in order to stay lean?. How long after carbs should I wait to eat another Fatty meal?

Bump for an answer on the time needed between meals. I eat every 3 hours and they`re pretty mixed p+c , p+f, p+c, p+f. I hate to be overlapping into the next meal.
