I am not sure why but its been 3 days and I can't seem to get back into ketosis. I had my carb up friday at 10am to saturday at noon and took probably 400g carbs in that time. On saturday after I stopped eating carbs I played 30 minutes of tennis I played. Sunday I did moderate intensity cardio on the treadmil for 35 minutes at 5mph. I also played tennins for 1 hour. Monday I did HIIT for 30 minutes between 4.5mph and 10mph. I also lifted for 30 minutes fairly intensly and played tennis for 1.5 hours at a high intensity. Tuesday I did HIIT for 30 minutes and then I lifted for 45 minutes at an intense level. I never ate more then 20g of carbs in this time period, and was following 165g of pro, 120g fat, which is a 750 calorie defficit for my weight that I got from the CKD calculator. What the hell is going on? I am about ready to give up and just go to eating a mod. carb diet for the next 10 days instead of CKD.
