Can you be tested for ephedra?

What kind of test is it? With Urine?

And if you can, how long does it stay in your system?

Just really curious.

I got busted for using it last year, it can be tested for. As for time its in your system i dont know.

not by the NCAA, but by my coach, I got into a lot of trouble and am watched by him. One reason ive been skeptical about using AAS. He said if he ever catches me using a banned substance again im off the team for good.

Just for miniscule amounts of amphetamines though. Inform the testing person that you have used ephedra in the past and it should take care of the cut off rate.

Ephedrine has a plasma half-life of somewhere between 5 and 10 hours....it depends on the individual. But it's safe to say (especially if it's a urine test) that ephedrine alkaloids would be undetectable around 10 hours after you last took them.
