I'm looking for a four day split and for some reason I can't figure out how I want to do it. I do want the program to include the following:
Squats
Deadlifts
Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Dips
Power Cleans (no jerks though)
Standing Overhead Press
Dynamic Rows
Chinups
Curls
Calve Raises
Can someone make a 4-day split out of this for me?
