can someone give me a site where it shows how to do the powerlifts. there was one before but i cant remember it.

There was one a while ago that had great videos of top lifters but its URL has changed. It was called www.freaksonature.com.....but that is now a porn site (!!!). However, if you ask on the chat board at www.deepsquatter.com somebody will be able to tell you the new URL (they used to host freaksonature). It really is worth it!! Its a great site.
