Oh don't get me wrong there are meat heads its just that so many people go and most of them seem to be in the high school range. Lots of standing around, talking, flirting and groups of 8 people using one machine. Ever hear of LA Fitness? If you've ever been to Boca Raton Florida you know what atmosphere I'm talking about lol. Although today I embarrassed the shit out of myself doing squats. Last rep, last set I shifted to far back on the weight of my heels and came crashing down like a ton of bricks. I laughed so hard though I never thought I would do that...ever lol..didn't have bars to catch the bar because I was doing ass to calves with a hold at the bottom 2-1-2-0 rep tempo...oh well
