I figured they had a lot of good cholesterol. Just based on the flavor i'd say they're over top on sodium.
They should be an awesome protein source with lots of omegas.
It's 240 sodium a can so one a day is what I'm sticking too,
And small soldier I am eating literally 20 egg whites a day some days, but they are free so that's all good, guess I could eat 30 but fuck I get sick of peeling them, I may turn into a chickencan't really pack meats they don't serve any for lunch just crapp ass processes meats
i eat over 30 egg whites a day... if your trying to cut, leave the sardines alone... i don't give a fuck if their free or not... sodium alone sucks.. get tuna in water if you have to eat out of a can... and drain it with water over the can lid so you get out a lot of the sodium...
That bad eh? I thought cholesterol from food wasn't so bad if you were in shape. I'm not on cycle but have been running sarms, heard Ostarine can impact cholesterol..
