Can I eat these every day ??

Bump just ate 2. Need feedback soon before I eat more than I should lol 18 grams of protein a can only thing is cholesterol is 100 per can is this even important since I am very active?
 
I figured they had a lot of good cholesterol. Just based on the flavor i'd say they're over top on sodium.
They should be an awesome protein source with lots of omegas.

It's 240 sodium a can so one a day is what I'm sticking too,
And small soldier I am eating literally 20 egg whites a day some days, but they are free so that's all good, guess I could eat 30 but fuck I get sick of peeling them, I may turn into a chicken :P can't really pack meats they don't serve any for lunch just crapp ass processes meats

i eat over 30 egg whites a day... if your trying to cut, leave the sardines alone... i don't give a fuck if their free or not... sodium alone sucks.. get tuna in water if you have to eat out of a can... and drain it with water over the can lid so you get out a lot of the sodium...

Well 30 egg whites a day is something I can easily do here in camp. As for the canned sardines though, I sweat at work all day working construction I think 240 mgs of sodium is a healthy trade off for the 19 grams of protein and shit ton of omegas, I was mostly concerned with the cholesterol value of it, as I have cycled twice and am using sarms ATM. I have a good understanding of how my body reacts to carbs, fats , sodium, certain food groups but am clueless on the way the body handles cholesterol taken in via food. And if it has a bigger impact than I may think or if it's meaningless since I am fit healthy and have good cardio... And like I said they are free and food choices are somewhat limited while working In the middle of nowhere.
