Calories

I'm currently taking in 1800 calories. I know it's too little. But it's hard to eat big AND healthy. Any advice on how I can get the calories up?

Whole milk. I think that's the best thing i've ever added to my diet in the last 15 years of training (now 33yrs old). I'm at roughly 8 cups of whole milk per day and I feel fantastic. Overall calories around 3800-4200 per day; 1200 are just from milk. Surprisingly my body fat gain has been minimal
 
What are your macros post your diet in the diet section its pretty simple to add calories to your diet by picking simple and effective ways such as liquids, " whole milk, protein shakes, protein bars and theres a ton more as well. Send me a Pm i can give you a big list of ways to increase calorie intake in a simple but effective way i have the same problem bro theres just not enough time in the day to eat that much.
